Development of a software for physicians to predict pollen concentration

UMII developed PPF (POSITIVE Pollen Forecast) which is a Windows® (Windows®95, Windows®98 and Windows®NT4.0) based software. It allows predictions of pollen concentration curves at any location for the current tree and herbaceous taxa which have been studied by POSITIVE. The user will need to select the closest of the populations studied to the chosen location to run the predictions. Daily mean temperatures as well as temperature forecast are needed as input. Predictions will be displayed as a graph.

The final version of this software including readme files will be available for physicians and allergists from this POSITIVE web-site soon.
